Vip Package Subscription

The VIP PACKAGE for the Purple Package Bein on Nilesat, along with additional channels, is a product provided by the Chinese company Gosat. This package is designed to be compatible with various receivers that support the Forever and Funcam servers.

How to Renew the VIP PACKAGE:

1. Add the package to your cart and enter your device’s serial number.
2. Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
3. After the payment is processed, we will receive your order, and the Forever Server will be renewed on your device during our business hours.

How to Find Your Device’s Serial Number:

1. Use the remote control to navigate to the menu.
2. Go to System Settings and then to STB.
3. Your device information, including the serial number, will be displayed.
4. IMPORTANT NOTE:
   • Responsibility for package content and channel availability rests entirely with the supplier.
   • Temporary channel or package outages are beyond our control.
   • Continuous service or package availability is not guaranteed for the full subscription period.
   • The code permanently ties to the MAC address of the first device and can be reset by our support team.
