How to Renew Your Gshare IKS Server:

1. Add the server renewal to your cart and enter the serial number of your device.
2. Ensure that your device is connected to the internet.
3. Once the payment is completed, we will process your order and renew the Forever Server on your device during business hours.

How to Locate Your Device’s Serial Number:

1. Using your remote control, navigate to the main menu.
2. Access the System Settings and select STB.
3. Your device’s serial number and other details will be shown on the screen.
