How to Renew Your Forever IKS Server:

1. Add the server renewal to your cart and enter your device’s serial number.
2. Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
3. Once the payment is completed, we will process your order and renew the Forever Server on your device during business hours.

How to Locate Your Device’s Serial Number:

1. Using your remote control, navigate to the main menu.
2. Go to System Settings and select STB.
3. Your device’s serial number and other details will be displayed on the screen.
